Hypnotherapy

You've tried understanding it. Now try releasing it.

Clinical hypnotherapy works where talk therapy stops — at the level your conscious mind can't reach.

This might be for you if…

  • You've been in therapy for years and understand your patterns — but they haven't changed
  • You wake up anxious before the day even starts
  • The same type of person or situation keeps finding you, no matter what you do
  • Sleep doesn't restore you the way it used to
  • You carry something you can't name — and can't put down
  • You've always felt slightly out of place in this world, like you arrived knowing things others are still learning

What actually happens in a session

Hypnotherapy isn't what you've seen in movies.

You don't lose control. You don't forget what happens.

You stay aware the entire time.

What changes is the layer you're working at. In a normal waking state, the conscious mind filters, defends, and explains. In a hypnotic state — closer to deep focus than to sleep — those filters drop. What was held below the surface becomes accessible.

That's where the real work happens. Not in understanding the problem, but in the place where the problem was created.

You enter light hypnotic states naturally every day — when you're driving and zone out, or right before sleep. A session simply uses that state with intention.

FAQ

Common questions

No. You remain aware throughout the session. You can hear everything, speak at any time, and stop if you choose. Hypnotherapy is closer to deep focus than to sleep — you are always in control.
